50% booking fee is payable upfront upon booking, the remainder will be payable at the end of your appointment. If you cancel within 48hrs of your appointment time, or fail to show up to your appointment, your booking fee will not be refunded.

If you are late to your appointment, please note that I may not be able to carry out the full service you have booked for. In this case, the full cost of the service you have booked will still apply.

Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell with something that can be passed onto myself, my colleagues and other clients.

Payment by bank transfer or exact cash only please.
